JAKARTA, INDONESIA, DECEMBER 19, 2022 – To improve package delivery services outside Java, Ninja Xpress partnered with Trigana Air in setting up a Boeing particular cargo plane (air freighter). The aircraft of the Boeing 737-300 type can hold a capacity of up to 15,500 kg, operating daily from December 11.
Andi Djoewarsa, CMO of Ninja Xpress, said: “This aircraft is devoted to shipments from Jakarta to outside Java: Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Sumatra. Within Java Island, we will take advantage of the great road infrastructure built by the government and use trucking for deliveries.”
According to Ninja Xpress, although shipping is still dominant in Java, there has been a trend in shipping outside Java since last year. Ninja Xpress also believes that the increase in shipments will occur during the festive season this month, so the aircraft’s existence will help deliver Harbolnas packages outside Java. increase in delivery in the 2021 online shopping season compared to the same time in the standard period.
With a large aircraft capacity tailored for freight, Ninja Xpress can now better accommodate the needs of shippers who want to ship larger and heavier packages. Should the demand arise, Ninja Xpress may add more planes to cater to the shippers’ needs.
