Ninja Van Braves Flooded South to Ensure Successful Deliveries

Bangkok, Thailand – 17 January 2021: Despite recent flooding and damaging storms in the South of Thailand, Ninja Van, Southeast Asia’s leading logistics provider, has ensured products are delivered to customers across Southern Thailand, helping them to retain normality in stressful times.

After heavy rains swamped the drainage systems, Yala, Narathiwat and Pattani were badly affected by flooding, blocking many roads and making some areas difficult to access. The extreme conditions impacted people’s lives and resulted in disruptions to transportation and delivery services across the region.

However, despite all the challenges, Ninja Van’s shipping teams increased efforts to deliver products to customers in many affected areas and has been providing food to affected families. Where normal delivery vehicles couldn’t cope, Ninja Van deployed four-wheel drive to cope with deep flooding and ensure deliveries could continue to be made, and teams used their expertise and local knowledge to monitor the conditions and plan alternative routes to enable drivers to continue delivering to those in need.
